Have you tried following the steps in the "Getting Started" section? They are very well written and should work fine for you.
The only things I know of that would flat out prevent you from connecting is:
1) a firewall
2) an existing account
3) a client and razor version mismatch
4) a client and UO Gateway version mismatch
If you tried all that and verified none of the above reasons are at fault, staff interaction may be best. For that though they might need your IP addy to verify some things. You can get it by going to
